COLORADO SPRINGS — Now is the time to be a part of a new era of Colorado Springs basenall.
The Rocky Mountain Vibes are asking for your ideas of what to put in a time capsule. They are looking for ideas that represent Colorado, Colorado Springs and you. They are thinking things like Olympic medals, military challenge coins and maybe even a railroad spike from the Manitou Incline.
The time capsule will be place after the last game of the season on Sept. 7. That will be the last time it will be seen until it is reopened on April 27, 2069, or Toasty's 50th birthday.
If you submit an idea that gets picked to be placed in the capsule, you will get tickets to the Sept. 7 game to watch the capsule be placed at UCHealth Park. If you are ready to submit your idea, but fill out the form located on the Vibes webpage or click here.
