Fountain Police make 2nd arrest in 7-11 shooting that injured two teens

UPDATE: Fountain Police have made a second arrest in this case.

On Monday, June 1, 18-year-old Haley Spencer was arrested and booked into the El Paso County Criminial Justice Center on the charges of 1st Degree Assault, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession with Intent to distribute (marijuana), and Child Abuse.

Spencer is the female party, who along with Domacio Ohlsen-Aragon, brought their 1-year-old child with them to an illegal drug transaction.

Police in Fountain have arrested a man believed to be responsible for a shooting this week that injured two teenagers.

Domacio Ohlsen-Aragon, 21, faces multiple charges including Assault, Tampering with evidence, Possession with intent to distribute, and Child abuse.

During the investigation, detectives found he and a female party brought their 1-year-old with them to an illegal drug transaction at the 7-11.

Fountain Police say they expect to make more arrests in this case.

At around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, Fountain Police were dispatched to a 7-11 located at 7725 Fountain Mesa Rd. where two teens were reported injured from gunshot, according to a release.

Officers found a 19-year-old man with serious injures, and a 14-year-old boy with minor injuries, both from gunshots. Both were taken to the hospital.

The 14-year-old was released after he was treated on Tuesday. The 19-year-old is currently in stable condition.

The FPD is responsible for investigation and are still in early stages.
