At times a chant of "stop the steal" could be heard.
Saturday afternoon, a small group of counter-protesters gathered on the opposite side of the street from city hall.
Around 3 p.m. the crowds began to thin out.
Joe Biden is projected to win the presidential election and become the 46th president of the United States, according to The Associated Press.
The Associated Press declared Biden the winner of his native Pennsylvania at 11:25 a.m. EST. The AP called the race for Biden, who held a 30,952-vote lead after it determined that the remaining ballots left to be counted would not allow Trump to catch up.
