Trailer set up like teen bedroom teaches parents potential drug use signs

COLORADO SPRINGS — Parents can learn the possible warning signs of drug use Tuesday evening by stepping onto a trailer set up like a teenager's bedroom.

According to a press release, the "RALI CARES" trailer is part of a partnership between the Rx Abuse Leadership Initiative Colorado and Code 3, will let parents and other adults tour the mock teen's bedroom and ask experts any questions.

Law enforcement and experts will show participants potential warning signs, concerns and how to most effectively talk to teens about the issue.

It is open to the public for anyone 21 years or older from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with no admission fee. at Pikes Peak Metropolitan Community Church.
