COLORADO SPRINGS — Some familiar faces are in town this weekend for Colorado Springs Comic Con.
Whether you're into Star Wars, Sci-Fi, super heroes, or horror, there is something that appeals to every fan.
Some of the biggest names on hand for this year's event are Star Trek star William Shatner and Robert Englund, better known as Freddy Krueger.
More than anything else, the event is a celebration of popular culture.
"It's a lot of fun and a lot of camaraderie. I like to get out and see everybody expressing themselves and what the believe and what they follow, their favorite character, so it's just a really good time," said attendee Robert Bishop.
The event ran until 7 p.m. Saturday night and goes from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Sunday will feature cosplay contests for kids and adults.
