DENVER — The man who admitted to the shooting at a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood is due in court Friday.
Robert Dear was indicted this week on Federal charges related to that attack.
He faces murder and attempted murder charges in the shooting that left three dead and eight wounded.
The Federal case is separate from the State case, where Dear has been deemed mentally incompetent to stand trial.
Among the issues to be discussed in court Friday are whether the judge will order a new round of psychiatric testing, which is critical to the Federal case moving to trial.
