WESTMINSTER — A road rage shooting is under investigation in Westminster. Police say officers were called to the 10700 block of Sheridan Blvd. Monday afternoon after hearing that a fight between drivers led to a shooting. Investigators say the driver who fired the shot remained on scene and cooperated with officers, the driver who was shot was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police say right now they believe this is an isolated incident and there is no outside threat to the public. What led up to the fight and shooting is still being worked out.
Westminster Police urge the public to call police if they witness an aggressive driver and to never attempt to become involved in a situation that could become dangerous.
