PUEBLO — The Pueblo Police Dept. is investigating the city's second homicide of the year.
A 37-year-old man was killed Saturday night on Wilson Ave., near Fourth and Abriendo Ave.
PPD said a juvenile was involved in the shooting. Being a juvenile, the person won't be identified.
The department also said the victim and the juvenile are related, but what led up to the shooting has yet to be determined.
"People would ask why there is not an arrest. To arrest someone, you need probable cause and we are looking at all the circumstances in this incident to determine what is the next appropriate course of action," said Sgt. Franklyn Ortega.
The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
