PUEBLO — Now that Christmas is over, Pueblo is offering a place where you can dump your tree for free.
The Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment, along with Rockworx, is offering this service.
You can take your tree to Rockworx, that's on Vision Lane, from Thursday, January 2 until January 17 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. except weekends.
"I just want to help out the community and got to do something with Christmas trees. I don't like seeing them laying on the side of the road and people need ground cover and that kind of stuff," said Rockworx Owner Seab Dudley.
The trees will be turned into chips and mulch starting January 20.
