PUEBLO — People who are home bound in Pueblo will soon have another resource to get food.
Soon, Pueblo Cooperative Care will be starting its Nutrition on Wheels program, which will deliver food to home bound adults.
The program is a partnership between Pueblo Cooperative Care, Care and Share, and the Pueblo Area Agency on Aging.
"What it does is it expands on the sincerity of the founders of the organization and our current board of directors on meeting the mission of need in our community, said executive director, Corry Higbee.
The program is set to start some time in February.
If you would like to volunteer for the program, you can find out if you qualify by contacting Pueblo Cooperative Care.
