COLORADO SPRINGS — A Sexually Violent Predator has moved within Colorado Springs, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.
Joseph Scott Gould, 39, previously resided in the 3000 block of East Platte Avenue but now lives at 3105 East Dale Street #207.
He is 5'7" and weighs 256 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Gould's criminal history provided by the department shows he was convicted of Sexual Assault on a Child in 2011 in El Paso County, Colorado, and Sexual Assault on a Child in 2005 in Franklin County, Nebraska.
Under Colorado law, law enforcement agencies are required to notify the community when an SVP moves into the area.
