PUEBLO — Parkview Medical Center announced Monday that they have left go of 22 staff members due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The pandemic has caused the hospital to make budget cuts, which led to the elimination of those positions.

Currently, Parkview employs 3,200 staff members and this reduction of staff is less than 1%.

Exceptional patient care staffing has not been affected and remains their highest priority.
