One arrested in deadly hit-and-run crash in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs Police Department have announced that they arrested the driver from the deadly hit-and-run crash that killed 20-year-old Olivia Clark.

Clark was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street at Galley and Circle, leaving her family looking for answers.

The driver who hit Clark, 40-year-old Amanda Lee Rivera-Frank of Colorado Springs, was arrested Friday for Accidents Involving Death (a class 3 felony), and two traffic misdemeanor hit-and-run charges.

“I would like to say thank you to our community and everyone that helped not only her friends but her family with finding the lady who killed an amazing young women<' said ‪Jade Jones, Olivia’s friend. "We are all so thankful that our beautiful Olivia can now Rest In Peace and the rest of us can have a peace of mind."

River-Frank turned herself in on the same evening of the crash to the Florence Police Department."
