COLORADO SPRINGS — As of 2;35 p.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation has opened all of northbound I-25 after the cleanup of a gravel spill in the right lane in Fountain.
The spill happened right around 1 p.m. in the northbound right lane.
Traffic was backed up for a long distance.
