COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs Utilities crews worked late Monday night and early Tuesday morning to repair a broken water main on the city's west side.
Crews shut down Mesa Road to through traffic between Fillmore and 19th Street around 8:25 p.m. Monday. We're told water should be restored to people in the area around 7 a.m. Tuesday and road repairs should be complete sometime on Tuesday afternoon.
Drivers in the area should use Fontmore Road, 30th Street and King Street to get around the closure.
