EL PASO COUNTY — The 4th Judicial District Attorney Office said one of two men arrested in connection to a July 2018 burglary and murder case at an illegal marijuana grow has pleaded guilty to multiple charges.

District Attorney Dan May's office tweeted that Colin Matthew Kellet pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated robbery, and first-degree burglary Monday. Both are felony charges. He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 17 at 1:30 p.m.

Authorities arrested Kellet and 21-year-old Terrell Hall in connection to the shooting death of 46-year-old Gustavo Del Sol Sanchez in eastern El Paso County on July 22, 2018. Hall is currently facing numerous charges including first-degree murder and assault with extreme indifference in connection to the death.

Deputies shot and killed a third suspect wanted in connection to Sanchez's death, 18-year-old William Bacorn, later that morning in Hanover. That shooting was ruled justified by the district attorney's office. The search for Kellet and Hall lasted until November when they were taken into custody.
