COLORADO SPRINGS — COLORADO SPRINGS — When El Paso County hit Level Orange, restaurants were allowed to invite their customers back in under a 25% capacity.

However, local restaurant owner, Joe Campana, sat on the sidelines, and decided to wait.

Campana owns eight different restaurants and bars in Colorado Springs.

Including The Rabbit Hole, Bonny and Read, Shame and Regret, and many more.

All of which have been closed since November.

"It has been a rollercoaster for us in the restaurant business as you can see not knowing what to do. It seems like the rules are changing every couple of weeks."

But that wait is now over, and Campana is excited to re-open all of his restaurants once again.

So why did Campana wait?

"When you go down to The Rabbit Hole, it's the experience. It's not just the food and the service ,it's everything that we put into it. You can't put that into a box so for us it was a no brainer."

Not only is Campana eager to say hello again to his customers, but also his employees!

"The main reason as to why I am reopening is because of the unemployment, everyone's employment money is running out."

Here is a list of when Campana's restaurants and bars will open:

  1. Stir Coffee and Cocktails: Open
  2. Shame and Regret: February 2nd
  3. Cork and Cask: February 2nd
  4. Supernova: February 6th
  5. The Rabbit Hole: February 9th
  6. Bonny and Read: February 9th
