COLORADO SPRINGS — Two places southern Colorado families can visit to appreciate their surroundings will reopen next week.
Bear Creek and Fountain Creek Nature centers will re-open with some changes.
Some of the touch displays have been removed, and there are other changes because of COVID-19.
"Be patient with us because it will be small groups of people coming in at a time," said Recreation and Cultural Services Manager Todd Marts. "We're going to limit it to nine or less, and we've got a flow inside the Nature Center with tape."
The nature centers will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free but donations are always welcome.
