PUEBLO — Pueblo School District 70 now has permission to hold slightly modified in-person graduation ceremonies.

Graduates will have to sit 6-feet apart on their school's football fields and each graduate can have four guests attend. Guests will also have to social distance in the stands.

"I've heard screams of excitement, I've heard kids crying, I've had parents thanking me profusely, so we are just excited that we we continued to fight for this battle and we were able to get a traditional graduation for our kids," D70 PIO Todd Seip said.

Rye High School will have its ceremony Thursday (click here to watch live stream), Pueblo West will hold their ceremony on Friday and Pueblo County will hold their ceremony Saturday.
