COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs police are investigating a shooting that left one person injured Friday night.
Around 11:03 p.m. Friday night Colorado Springs police officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of North Academy Blvd. regarding a shooting.
Their investigation revealed that a juvenile male had sustained a single gunshot wound that was not life-threatening. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Colorado Springs police say a possible suspect vehicle was seen leaving the area right after the shooting.
