COLORADO SPRINGS — Authorities are asking for the community's help finding an 80-year-old woman who left a care facility in eastern Colorado Springs.

The Colorado Springs Police Department said 80-year-old June Ann Cole walked away from the facility in the 3400 block of North Carefree Circle. The department said she suffers from dementia and is mostly non-verbal, but she will only answer yes or no by nodding or shaking her head.

Police described her as a white woman who is 5' tall, 110 pounds, with gray hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, jeans, purple socks and no shoes. There has not been a photo provided at this time.
