COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs Dermatology Clinic is meeting with patients in new way.

The clinic has remained open during the pandemic but also implemented telemedicine visits for routine spot checks.

Doctors found there was still a need to examine patients in person who might not be comfortable going inside the clinic, so they held a drive-thru clinic.

"The response so far has been so positive that it kind of proves our concept. This is something patients are wanting. They've got things that they're worried about, uncomfortable with, so we're happy to address those concerns in a way that makes them feel more comfortable," Doctor Brian Sperber said.

Patients still need to make appointments for drive-up visits.
