FLORENCE, Colo. — Cañon City police announced that an inmate reported missing from a Satellite Prison Camp in Florence has been captured.
Authorities asked people to keep an eye out for 26-year-old Mayo Martinez Murillo, who walked away from the camp. Murillo was sentenced in the Eastern District of California to three years for Supervised Release Violation.
The U.S. Marshals Service is coordinating with other law enforcement agencies in an internal investigation into what happened.
