COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Department of Transportation says it is repairing potholes on Highway 24 in emergency roadwork Wednesday morning.
Crews will be working on repairs from 21st Street along the Fountain Creek bridge on eastbound US 24.
The department said this is part of the resurfacing project for this stretch of road.
CDOT said one lane of traffic will be open in both directions during the repairs.
Drivers should seek alternate routes during this time.
Crews began repairs around 9 a.m. and will continue for about four to five hours.
