CANON CITY — The Canon City Police Department needs your help locating a man they say is armed and dangerous.
50-year-old Francis Monahan is wanted for 2nd-degree assault on a peace officer and reckless driving.
According to a post on the Canon City Police Department's Facebook, the incident happened on Monday, September 28, just before 2 p.m. in the 100 block of South 9th Street.
