COLORADO SPRINGS — Authorities found and arrested a woman three days after she pulled a knife on a coffee shop employee, stole her car, and later pulled a knife on a food truck employee.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office said 26-year-old Maria Carrasco robbed a coffee shop in the 100 block of Fontaine Boulevard around 10 a.m. Tuesday where she stole the employee's car keys and drove off.

After she drove off, deputies said she pulled a knife on a food truck employee nearby.

EPCSO said they could not find the car.

The Sheriff's Office said Friday the Longmont Police Department arrested Carrasco when they found the vehicle along with the weapons.

Deputies said they learned Carrasco is responsible for four or five more robberies between Fountain and Longmont.
