COLORADO SPRINGS — Some less fortunate on the Colorado Springs westside will now have some holiday warmth thanks to American Medical Response.
AMR delivered over 100 coats to Westside Cares on Wednesday. The donation is the result of a one month coat drive by their employees.
Westside Volunteers say to folks they help, this donation is important.
"For our neighbors that live out on the streets these coats are life saving, and for our neighbors that are working hard barely making ends meet," Deb Mitguard with Westside Cares said.
AMR says the donations are a reflection of their mission to help others.
