Democrats to lay out articles of impeachment on abuse of power, obstruction of Congress today
House Democrats plan to move forward with at least two articles of impeachment against President Trump today, one on abuse of power and the other obstruction of Congress. Democrats will then debate on them in the Judiciary Committee on Thursday.

Robert Dear indicted by federal grand jury for 2015 Planned Parenthood shooting
The confessed gunman in the 2015 Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs has been indicted by a federal grand jury with crimes related to the deadly shooting. Robert Dear, 61, was taken into federal custody Monday morning at the State Mental Hospital in Pueblo.

Very cold start leads to overall beautiful day with sunny skies
Temperatures are in the teens across much of southern Colorado, with some single digits even being reported across the mountain valleys. Through the day today, daytime highs will warm into the 40s this afternoon for Colorado Springs and Pueblo under mostly sunny skies.

CSPD warns of dangerous drug being distributed in El Paso County
The Colorado Springs Police Department's Metro Vice, Narcotics, and Intelligence Division is alerting the public of a dangerous drug being distributed throughout El Paso County, including Colorado Springs. The department issued a release detailing the drug as well as information on recent seizures of the drug in our community.
