According to an announcement on the Colorado Judicial Branch website, all 4th Judicial District Jury Summons from March 30th 2020, to April 16th 2020 has been dismissed.
All jurors with summons, between those dates, do not need to appear according to the announcement; there is nothing further they will need to do.
Jurors do not need to call or email to verify the need to report.
The 4th Judicial District includes both El Paso and Teller County.
If your jury service date is April 20, 2020 or after, please continue to monitor the state website or call the recorded reporting number 719-452-5002. Both will be updated as soon as we have further information.
