COLORADO SPRINGS – The City of Colorado Springs is asking for your input about a variety of factors in the local housing market.
The city opened a survey Monday in an effort to shape the city’s comprehensive housing plan, which is set to be released later this year. The city said that plan will outline the development of approximately 1,000 units of affordable housing in the city each year.

The city’s community development division put together the survey, which asks for input from residents with “recent experience” with the Colorado Springs housing market. However, the survey is open to all residents.
