COLORADO SPRINGS – Colorado Springs police say a pedestrian that was hit by a vehicle near Memorial Park Tuesday morning is expected to recover from non-life-threatening injuries.
Police shut down all northbound lanes of Union Boulevard at Prospect Lake Drive, near the southeast end of Memorial Park just after noon.
Police told News5 at the scene that the driver involved in the crash will not be cited in connection to the crash.
