COLORADO SPRINGS – A Security man now faces multiple Felony counts related to soliciting a child for sex throughout the month of April.
The arrest affidavit details the encounter that started with a fake Facebook profile of a 16-year-old girl made by a Colorado Springs detective.
The detective says 26-year-old Danny Garcia came upon the profile and began to send messages, asking about drug use and eventually offering $120 in exchange for sex while also agreeing to purchase a hotel room for the pair to meet.
Paperwork also details incidents in which explicit text messages were exchanged between the undercover detective and Garcia, including nude photos.
Garcia officially faces charges of Soliciting for child prostitution, Inducement of child prostitution (attempt), Keeping a place of child prostitution (attempt), Patronizing a prostituted child (attempt) and obscenity, all Felony charges.
