MONUMENT – The interim Town Manager for Monument will continue on the job following a vote by the Board of Trustees to make Mike Foreman’s appointment permanent.
Foreman was first chosen for the job in December 2018 after the board voted unanimously to fire previousTown Manager Chris Lowe, after placing him on administrative leave in February 2018 amid an internal investigation regarding workplace conduct.
Foreman has 30 years experience in several aspects of local government, including serving as city manager in Craig, Colorado, and Celina, Texas.
Foreman will officially start the job on April 12th
