ADAMS COUNTY – The Adams County Sheriff’s Office is looking for leads that will help them locate a fugitive.
35-year-old Nathan Ortiz cut off his ankle monitor Friday and is now on the run. He has two active warrants for failing to appear in court for 2nd-degree assault and domestic violence charges.
Ortiz is 6’2″, weighs 210 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Ortiz was last seen around the area of West 50th Ave. and Julian St. in Denver. He is known to be dangerous so if you see him, do not approach him and call law enforcement officials right away.
