COLORADO SPRINGS – Forget packing a lunch Wednesday, head out and get a sandwich for a good cause.
Wednesday is Jersey Mike’s annual Day of Giving. One hundred percent of the proceeds in the Colorado Springs and Fountain area will go to aid Angels of America’s Fallen. The organization helps the children of fallen military and first responders.
Last year the company raised $6 million for more than 170 charities nationwide.
There are eight Jersey Mike’slocations in El Paso County. They are:
