PUEBLO – A 65-year-old man is now in the Pueblo County Jail facing a charge of attempted kidnapping after officers responded to a 911 call of a woman being forced from a home late Tuesday.
According to a release, someone called 911 as they were also on a call with the woman being taken against her will from a home on the 3000 block of Lake Avenue.
Officers responded to the report as a home invasion. Upon arrival they found the suspect and victim outside the home. Police determined she was being held against her will.
Mihelich was armed at the time. He was arrested for felony menacing and attempted first degree kidnapping.
