COLORADO SPRINGS – The Colorado Springs police investigated a shooting at The Days Inn on Rusina Rd. just north of Garden of the Gods. According to police, a man suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his foot. Officers were called to the motel after someone called to report the shooting in one of the hallways.
The man’s name has not been released and he was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
