UPDATE: Julian has been found by the Fountain Fire Department and is safe. Fountain PD wants to thank all of the citizens who assisted in getting the word out and finding Julian.
FOUNTAIN – The Fountain Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing, at-risk teen.
According to Fountain PD, Julian Valentin is a 14-year-old Hispanic and Asian male who is severely mentally handicapped.
Julian was last seen Saturday around 1 p.m. in the area of Cumberland Green off of Linkage Trail, in Fountain.
Julian is described as 5’2″ tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt with grey triangles, black pants and black shoes. He also has a small dog with him.
