DENVER – On Thursday, U.S. Drug Enforcement Agents executed search warrants at 50 suspected grow houses in the Denver metro area looking for illegal black market marijuana.

Agents were seen taking plants out of homes but officials on scene remained tight lipped about the operations.

All they would say was marijuana was not for personal use and that busts are typically associated with out of state distribution.
