COLORADO SPRINGS – Colorado Springs police said they arrested a man suspected of crashing into a home and causing significant damage early Friday morning.

Police tracked down 29-year-old Rory Milstead several hours after police said he crashed his car into a home off of Prairie Knoll View, near the intersection of Powers and South Carefree.

Investigators determined Milstead was traveling south on Rio Vista Drive, but he lost control and drove off the road into the home. Police said Milstead appeared to be injured at the time of the crash, but he left the scene. No one inside the house was hurt.

Police said he was served on traffic charges and released.
