DURANGO – There are new details on the trial of a Colorado man accused of killing his 13-year-old son.  Mark Redwine is expected to face a jury on June 24th, in Durango.

Redwine is pleading not guilty to Second Degree Murder and Child Abuse Resulting in Death in the 2012 death of his son Dylan Redwine. The judge in the case says he will consider moving the trial to a different judicial district if an impartial jury cannot be seated in La Plata County.

Dylan Redwine disappeared in November 2012 while visiting his father in Vallecito. His remains were found near Redwine’s home.
