EL PASO COUNTY – If you spot smoke in northern El Paso County Wednesday, controlled burns near Black Forest Regional Park and Fox Run Regional Park are likely the reasons why.
The county is conducting controlled burns as part of a fire mitigation effort to remove damaged and diseased trees in the area.
Please do not call 911 if you see smoke in the area.
