COLORADO SPRINGS – Just before 2 p.m. Friday afternoon, CSPD Officers from the Stetson Hills Division were dispatched to the 4800 block of Splendid Circle South on a shots fired call.
Officers contacted a victim and several witnesses when they arrived at the scene.
According to CSPD, the call was related to a road rage incident between occupants of two vehicles. One vehicle followed the other to a residence and words were exchanged.
CSPD said a person in the following vehicle fired several shots from a handgun at the victim and residence before fleeing the scene.
No injuries were reported from the scene.
The suspects have not been located at this time.
CSPD said the investigation is ongoing.
