COLORADO SPRINGS — The AdAmAn mountaineering club is getting ready for their annual trek to the top of Pikes Peak to set off a display of fireworks as the clock rings midnight on New Year’s Eve.
As is tradition the club has also added a new member.
This year’s newest climber is Colorado native Lance Stark. Stark knows exactly what he’s in for as the club will face bitter cold, ice and snow on the way up Barr Trail as he’s already made the journey with the club as a guest 4 times.
The club will begin their hike Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m.
