COLORADO SPRINGS – Police are investigating a suspicious death at a home near the intersection of Academy and Galley in Colorado Springs.
Colorado Springs firefighters found a 50-year-old man with an apparent gunshot wound when they were called to an address in the 3600 block of Galley Road around 4:15 p.m. Monday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
CSPD’s violent crimes division has now assumed control of the investigation, which is active.
Police said no possible suspects are at-large, and “all parties have been accounted for.”
The man’s identity has not been released, and the case has not been classified as a homicide at this time.
