COLORADO SPRINGS – Police said they’re looking for more victims who may have been sexually assaulted by a 57-year-old Colorado Springs man.

Officers arrested 57-year-old Daniel Armstrong on July 7 in Douglass, Kan., several months after police in Colorado Springs obtained an arrest warrant for Armstrong for sexual assault on a child and sexual exploitation of children. CSPD said a victim reported being assaulted by Armstrong several years before telling police in May.

While Armstrong remained in custody, police said they found evidence that led them to believe there may be additional victims.  They served an additional warrant on new charges in September while he was already being held in jail in El Paso County.

Anyone with information should call the Colorado Springs Police Department at (719) 444-7000. If you wish to remain anonymous, you may call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at (719) 634-STOP (7867) or 1-800-222-8477.
