COLORADO SPRINGS – The Colorado Springs Police Internet Crimes Against Children unit arrested a man suspected of child porn possession Thursday.
Investigators said they worked with the Department of Homeland Security to arrest 68-year-old Douglas Talbert.
CSPD said they found devices containing the material at Talbert’s home, located in the 400 block of E. Boulder Street during a search.
Police said Talbert was previously arrested in 2008, and he was a registered sex offender.
