COLORADO SPRINGS – Detectives looking into the robbery of a Wells Fargo Bank branch in March and the robbery of a Chase Bank in August are asking for help identifying the suspect.
The man seen on surveillance video may have left in a 2007 or older red Jeep Liberty with Texas plates. Detectives say the SUV had a soft tire cover with a star logo. A woman was seen behind the wheel is described as a white, 25-35 years old, with dark hair and sunglasses.
Investigators want to catch this man before he strikes again. He’s a white male, 25-35 years old, about 5’7″ to 5’10” tall, with mid-length brown hair and a goatee.
The Wells Fargo Bank robbery happened on March 16th at the 7473 N. Academy branch. The Chase Bank robbery happened on August 17th at the 7190 N. Academy branch.
