COLORADO SPRINGS – Colorado Springs Police are asking for help to identify a man they say is a witness to a crime.
They released this picture if the unidentified man on Thursday.
Officers did not reveal details about the investigation that he may have witnessed, saying in a news release that he is “a possible witness to an active felony investigation.”
