AIR FORCE ACADEMY – The U.S. Air Force Academy announced it will be conducting a base-wide exercise Thursday.
The academy says the public can expect delays at both gates and may see some activities related to emergency response. This is a planned and controlled activity, but base drivers are asked to proceed with caution.
The Academy is said to remain open to visitors from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors are asked to enter through the North Gate at exit 156. A valid photo, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance are required when visiting the Academy.
